Free Inspections & Cleanings
We offer complimentary inspections and quick cleanings to help maintain your jewelry’s brilliance. We recommend having your pieces inspected every 6-12 months to ensure they remain in top condition.
First Year Coverage
For the first year after purchase, we provide comprehensive repairs at no charge, even for minor damage. This includes:
- Replacing missing diamonds (under 0.10ct)
- Resizing
- Stone tightening
- Re-tipping or straightening prongs
- Polishing and rhodium plating
Lifetime Coverage
From the second year onward, we continue to cover any manufacturing defects not caused by normal wear and tear or mishandling of the jewelry. This coverage may include:
- Repairs for imperfections
- Replacing any lost diamonds (under 0.10ct)
- Please note that polishing and rhodium plating are not covered beyond the first year.
We do not cover theft, loss, or damage caused by external factors. However, we can provide an appraisal for your homeowners, renters, or specialized jewelry insurance.

- Each of our pieces is crafted to exacting standards using ethically sourced gems and diamonds.
- We proudly manufacture all of our jewelry in the USA, using 100% US-refined gold and platinum.
- Every piece is personally inspected for perfection before leaving our workshop.
Our Lifetime Warranty
We guarantee that your piece will be free from manufacturing defects. For the first year, we cover all essential repairs, and from the second year onward, we stand by our work by addressing any manufacturing issues.
If your jewelry needs more extensive repairs beyond the warranty, we will assess the piece and collaborate with you on any next steps, with pricing details provided upfront.

Domestic (United States)
- Shipping is free on all U.S. orders.
- All shipments are fully insured and sent through USPS with signature confirmation, with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.
- Upon request, expedited shipping can be arranged via FedEx or USPS with signature confirmation for an additional fee, with delivery in 1-3 business days. Please contact us to arrange this service.
International
- For international orders, fully insured shipping can be arranged through FedEx or USPS, with delivery time varying by destination. Charges for this service will apply. Please contact us to organize international shipping.
Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided via email so you can monitor your package in transit.

Restocking Fees for Returns:
- There are no restocking fees for exchanges or store credit.
- A 5% restocking fee applies to returns based on the purchase price.
To qualify for a return or exchange, products must be in their original condition without any signs of wear or damage, and all original packaging must be included. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
Please note, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom orders are limited to exchange for sizing adjustments only within 6 months of receipt.
How to Ship Your Jewelry for Return or Exchange:
- Ship the jewelry in its original box. If the box is missing, use a small box to ensure the item is protected and does not rattle during transit.
- Include a note with a copy of your receipt or email and clearly state the requested action (return or exchange).
- Use a hard shipping box (not a soft envelope) and send via USPS, FedEx or UPS.
- Follow up with an email once your package is shipped.
We can provide a shipping label and insurance on the item for return, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Resizing
If your ring is not the correct size, please reach out to us by phone or email for further instructions. Our team will guide you through the resizing process.
Please note that if the incorrect size was requested at the time of the order, a repair or exchange fee may apply.

- Ship the ring in a hard shipping box (not a soft envelope) via USPS, FedEx or UPS with insured mail.

Repair Fees
- If the jewelry was purchased less than 1 year ago, repair fees are covered under our lifetime warranty at our discretion.
- If the jewelry is over 1 year old and the damage is due to normal wear or mishandling, repair fees will apply.
