Worn, bent, or broken prongs can put your diamonds and gemstones at risk. We inspect, re-tip, and rebuild prongs to securely hold your stones and restore the structural integrity of your setting.

Once approved, your fine jewelry is repaired in our Scottsdale studio and carefully reviewed before it is returned to you. When appropriate, the piece may also be cleaned and polished to refresh its appearance.
Repair Coverage & Our Limited Lifetime Warranty
For jewelry purchased from Cornelis Hollander Jewelry Designs, our limited lifetime warranty provides additional protection and ongoing care.
During the first year after purchase, the warranty includes complimentary repairs such as replacing missing diamonds under 0.10 carat, resizing, stone tightening, re-tipping or straightening prongs, polishing, and rhodium plating.
Beginning in the second year, we will continue to cover manufacturing defects that are not caused by normal wear, accidental damage, or mishandling.
For jewelry that was not purchased from Cornelis Hollander Jewelry Designs, we offer professional repair assessments and clear pricing before any work begins.
Warranty coverage is subject to the complete terms and conditions of the Cornelis Hollander Jewelry Designs limited lifetime warranty.
